This was my first try at Cryo. I’ve done ice baths before they are very unpleasant. This was much more tolerable. I have chronic hip pain and I woke up this morning for the first time in a long time with almost no pain Thanks to cryo.. facility was clean and tidy, and everyone was very polite

Cryo therapy works! It reduces inflammation after workouts and speeds up recovery. My sleep has also improved. It's like stepping into a large freezer for 3 minutes, with enough room to move around, stretch, etc. You feel invigorated when you're done. I've tried other cryo places that use liquid nitrogen gas to cool, and this one is way better, safer, and easier—highly recommended!

Absolute top of the line Cryotherapy Facility and the pricing isn't even close. Restore etc. is around $300/month for unlimited and this place is $159/month and I can bring my girlfriend in with me every time! Top of the line machine, great people, quick, easy, affordable & honestly life-changing if you're never tried it!
